How do I upgrade my current Residential Fi-Band™ plan to the NEW Fi-Band™ TenTen Plans?

1. Download the new Residential Service Activation Pack

Get Adobe Reader Residential Pricing and Service Information Guide - 162KB
(Be sure to also download and review the Residential Pricing and Service Information Guide and Pivit's General Terms and Conditions)
2. Choose your new Fi-Band™ TenTen Plan and complete the paperwork
(Tip1:  You only need to complete the 'customer details' page and the 'Fi-Band™ Internet access' page if you already have an automatic payment method setup on your account.  If you don't have an automatic payment method setup, please also complete either the Automatic Direct Debit or Automatic Credit Card form found at the back of the service activation pack).
(Tip2:  On the 'Fi-Band™ Internet access' page please select "transfer self-install' - $0)
3. Sign and forward the completed forms to Pivit
(Forwarding options are on the form)
Pivit's provisioning team will be in touch within a few days of receiving your form to activate your new Fi-Band™ service.


Upgrade FAQs

Q. So what's the difference between the new plans and the old plans?
A. SPEED! The new Fi-Band™ TenTen plans are up to 10Mbps download and upload (that's about ten's time faster upload than ADSL2 speeds).

More download allocation.  Some of the new plans also have an increased download allocation.  The old 'Medium' plan was 7GB for instance.  For 5 cents more per month you can now get 12GB of download allocation - and remember with all Pivit Internet access plans you don't pay for uploads.

The new plans cost just 5 cents more - really!  Pivit has moved from $xx.95 to whole dollar pricing.  So $70 instead of $69.95 for instance.  Check out the pricing and service information guide for the details.
Q. Are the old plans going away?  Do I have to upgrade?
A. No and no.
Q. Do I have to use an automatic payment method to upgrade to the new plans?
A. Yes, the new Fi-Band™ TenTen plans are ONLY available with automatic payment plan.
Q. If I call Pivit's customer service centre, can they upgrade me over the phone?
A. No, unfortunately the paperwork above must be completed to upgrade to the new plans.  We're working on online service activation at the moment - watch this space.
