Here's how to do it:

  1. Review and read the new Residential Pricing and Service Information Guide and Pivit's General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Complete an online signup.
  3. Our provisioning team will be in touch to coordinate the transfer.

Q I currently pay Pivit on invoice. Can I continue to do this with Pivit's new generation Fi-Band™ plans?
A No, the new Pivit Fi-Band™ plans can only be activated in conjunction with Autopay Direct Debit or Autopay Credit Card.
Q Is my contract term (12 or 24 months for instance) being extended if I sign up to the new plans?
A No, your existing contract term will transfer over to the new plans. So if you've got 8 months to run on your existing contract that 8 months will apply to the new contract as well.
Q Is there a once-off cost associated with transferring to the new plans?
A No.
Q Do I need to fill out the forms?
A No, an online signup is the fastest way to trasfer to the new plans.
Q Can I just call the Pivit Support Team or complete an online form to move across to the new plans?
A No, the Support Team can't transfer customers across on the telephone.  Please use the online signup system.
