Transferring to the New Plans |

Pivit's existing residential customers can transfer across to the new generation Fi-Band™ plans.
Here's how to do it:
- Review and read the new Residential Pricing and Service Information Guide and Pivit's General Terms and Conditions.
- Complete an online signup.
- Our provisioning team will be in touch to coordinate the transfer.

No, the new Pivit Fi-Band™ plans can only be activated in conjunction with Autopay Direct Debit or Autopay Credit Card.

Is my contract term (12 or 24 months for instance) being extended if I sign up to the new plans? |

No, your existing contract term will transfer over to the new plans. So if you've got 8 months to run on your existing contract that 8 months will apply to the new contract as well.
